Application
This thermowell is drilled from solid bar and welded into a pipe or vessel wall. The sensor head with its measuring insert sits in the Quick Connect coupling on top.
Replace the sensor without opening the process
The head and its measuring insert – type RT-BCQ-IN – come off together at the bayonet coupling. The thermowell stays welded in the line, so you can replace or calibrate the sensor without opening the process. It fits the 167 mm measuring insert.
Drilled from solid bar
The wall runs unbroken from the process connection to the tip. Wetted parts are mechanically polished.
Traceable to the material batch
Each thermowell carries an engraved HEAT number. Part of the Quick Connect program.
