Application
A Weld-in Thermowell provides permanent, high-integrity protection for temperature sensors in industrial tanks and piping systems. The MA-PW-TU thermowell features a stepped-shank design for improved thermal response and a rotating BSP union for sensor replacement without interrupting electrical connections. The integrated extension section (L2) increases clearance for insulation or hot surfaces, enhancing serviceability in demanding environments. Manufactured from stainless acid-proof steel (316Ti or 316L), this design ensures long-term durability and reliable sensor positioning in harsh process conditions.
