Compression Fitting – Type MA-AN

The correct immersion depth is essential for accurate temperature measurement. The MA-AN compression fitting provides an adjustable process connection with compression sealing for plain stem temperature sensors, allowing the immersion depth to be set during installation before the sensor is secured in position.

It is used where the required immersion depth cannot be determined in advance or where the measuring point must be positioned accurately when installing the sensor. Compression fittings are available with stainless steel or PTFE ferrules and can be supplied in different materials to suit the process media and operating conditions.
